This page gives general information about our change-of-mind rule for services sold separately. It does not replace the terms supplied with a paid offer or remove a right in an agreement you have already accepted.

Our change-of-mind rule

UCT Holding LLC does not offer refunds for a change of mind, except where the law gives you a right to cancel. This rule does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights the law gives you.

Before you buy a separate service, its agreement should explain the price, what is included, the start date, term, any renewal, and how to cancel. A free strategy call does not create a paid subscription.

Mandatory consumer rights

EU and UK consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel certain online service or digital content contracts. The exact rules depend on the country and what you buy. Financial services can follow separate rules.

Starting an ongoing service does not always end the right to cancel. A lawful request to start a service early differs from consent to receive digital content and acknowledgment of the loss of a cancellation right. A package that includes calls, support, and digital content needs a review of those rules.

If Australian consumer law applies, rights for a service that fails to meet legal standards can include a fix, cancellation, a refund, or compensation. Financial products and financial services may fall under separate laws. Our change-of-mind rule does not remove rights that cannot be excluded.

Consumers in other places keep any rights their local law protects. A market loss alone does not prove that a research service was faulty, but it does not remove a valid claim about the service.

How to make a request

Email diego@sonderbergresearch.com. Tell us your name, the email used for the order, the service, the purchase date, and whether you want to cancel or ask for a refund. An order number helps if you have it.

You do not need to give a reason when the law gives you a right to cancel without one. A missing order number or our internal review does not limit a valid notice or a legal deadline. You may use any other valid route the agreement or law provides.

If a refund is due, we will follow the method and deadline the law requires. Stopping future renewal is separate from a refund of a past payment and follows the relevant agreement and law.
